These comments <br />address building issues only. Additional revisions, or additions, may be mquireci by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Pire). All references refer to the 2006 International <br />Building Codc, as amcnded by the State of Washington and adopted by the Ciry of Everett and the <br />Washington State Gnergy Code, 2006 Gdition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be uecessary to provide the <br />Building Division with two complete new sets of construction documents re(lecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. The building appears to have been designed using the simplified wind load procedure (ASCE <br />7-OS). Section 6.4. L 1.3 rcquires the building to be enclosed as defined in Section 6.2 in <br />ordcr to use tliis procedure. <br />2. 1'lease include all of the construction requirements from the calculations with the construction <br />drawings, i.c.
