Our services inc;luded providing on-ske observations, psrtorming field <br />density tests, and providinq the necessary laboratory tests on flll samples as required for <br />foundetion beeri�g soils and building area fill. Wa prev(ously preparod ths referanced <br />geotechnical enginea�ing study for this p►oJect. In December 2001, we provided the <br />referenced letter summarizing the buildinp patl consauction. <br />Duri�p pradinp operetions, our representetives were on-sita o� a pert-time beab. Between <br />October 3, �C01 and February 14, 2002 our representaNves made a total of eleven (11) site <br />visits. DurinE� this pertod, fifty (50) field denshy tests were conducted on strucwrei fllis. Our <br />field density tests were performed in accadance with ASTM Test Desipnation 0-292; <br />(Nucleat Gauye Method).
