The building will be used for the storage of paper records, in cardboab <br />cartons, on metal racks. The storage aRangement will use a mufti-level catwelk <br />system for access to the cartons on the upper levels. The storage and retrieval <br />of cartons is a manual operation and no fork trucks will be allowed in the storege <br />area. The storage height will be 41 feet and there will be three levels of catwalk. <br />The catwalk will be expanded metal grating in the rows between the radcing. <br />The main aisles will be solid. The catwalk system is part of the racking and is not <br />considered part of the building. <br />The building will be sprinklered in accordance with UFC Articie 81 and NFPA <br />231C. <br />Smoke detectors will be located at the ceiling for early waming. Hom/strobe <br />units will be provided on the main and exit aisles, on all levels, for notification. <br />`L <br />
