ADDENDUM <br />PLANNED ACTION DETERMINATION <br />Intrrcorp Seaway Tract 2- SEPA #98-064 <br />DESCRIPTION OF ORIGINAL PROPOSAL: The proposed action addressed in SEPA <br />#98-064 was the coustruction of two buildings totaling 228,800 sf on a 14.88 acre parcel. The <br />buildings would be 110,400 sf and 118,400 sf iu size. The parking analysis assumed 50% <br />manufacturing and 50% warehouse uses in each huilding. <br />ADDENDUM: The first building has bcen constructed. The applicant proposes revisions to the <br />second building to limit the use to wazehouse use. The building would be lazger and would have <br />less parking. Revisions to the second building are as follows: <br />Original approval <br />118,400 sf <br />manu facturing/warehoose <br />158 stalls required <br />172 parking stalls proposed <br />30 ioot high building <br />Pronosed nlan <br />132,457 sf <br />99.25% warehouse, .75°/a office <br />132 stalls rcquired <br />42 foot high building <br />The building would be built in 2 phases, with the portion closest to Hardeson Road constructed <br />as Phase 1. The applicant proposed to have less pazking than required for the first phase, but to <br />meet pazking for the entire building when phase 2 is built.
