This report <br />presents the results of our field exptoration, selective laboratory tests, and eneineering <br />analyses. The purpose and scope of our study was outlined in our February 6, 1998 proposal. <br />Based on the results of our study, it is our opinion the site can be developed generally as <br />plenned. Support for the propased buildings can be provided using conventional spread and <br />continuous footing foundation systems bearing on competent native soil or on structurai fill <br />used to modify site grades.
