The purpose of this reinspection was to check your progress in correcting the fire code violations listed in previous corcesponclence. The following new violatiott_� are in need of immediate attention: L Obtain and post in a conspicuous place, a Fire Department permit for: Hot-work operations. To use portable hot-work equipment inside a stmcture. Renair ¢araees. To use a swcmrc as a place of business for servicing or repairing motor vehicles. ?. Provide a U.L. approved portable fire extinguisher with a minimum rating ef 2-A20-I3:C within 30 feet of the location of hot work or an extinguisher with a rr�inimum rating ul' 4-A:40-B:C within 50 feet of the location of hot work. 3. Provide restraining chains or device(s) for the free-standing cylinders to protect against physical damage or upset. d. In accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Building Code, your warehouse occupancy must be separated from your repair garage occupancy by minimum one-hour rated construction.
