C, <br />ADDENDUM <br />PLANNED ACTION DETERMINATION <br />lotracorp Seaw�y Tnct 2- SEPA N98-064 <br />DESCRIPTION OF ORIGINAL PROPOSAL: The proposed action addressed in SEPA <br />#98-064 was the construction of two buildings totaling 228,800 sf on a 14.88 acre parcel. The <br />buildings would be 110,4�.0 sf and 118,400 sf in size. The parking analysis assumed 50% <br />manufacturing and 50% v arehouse uses in each building. <br />ADDENDUM: The first building has been constructed. The applicant proposes revisions to the <br />second building to limit the use to wazehouse use. The building would be lazger and would have <br />less parking.
