DRAINAGE CONCEPT <br />The projax site is upstrc,am of a Regional Detention Facility, which was conshuaed by <br />the Ciry of Everett to serve antiapnted development in the area. The Regionel Detention <br />Facility is located fu: tner to the north, in the southwest corner of iiardeson Road end <br />Mecrill Creek Parkway. Additionaily, adjacent to the nocth side of the �ite is the eadsting <br />stormwater facility constructed to serve the overoll SeawaY prolect, including this site. <br />This adjacent facility provides water qualiry treatmrnt for the Seaway Lots 1-4 and some <br />detention volume. The projoct will discharge its collected stortnwater to this adjacent <br />facility, which then drains to the Regional Detention Facility. <br />The adjacent stormwater facility is a wet pondldetention pond and it was designed ta the <br />City of EveretYs standards for a two celled wet pond. It received approval on Septemba <br />16, 1996 as a part of the Viking Freight (now existing facility to the nocth, Lot 3) plan <br />submittal. Although the site is only required to provide water quality treaUnent, the <br />S(arm Drainage Report Fnr Seaway Trnet 2, Lots !& 1- Page 2 <br />
