Permittlna Reauirements <br />1. The P;:�Iding Department must be called for a building permit. For <br />Seattle the phone number is 206.684.8850. <br />2. The permit is then sent to the Fire Department for review and they <br />will then issue a letter to build. <br />3. Once built the Fire Department must then be called for a use <br />permit. For Seattle the phone number is 206.386.1342 und the <br />person who does the inspection is Lieutenant Warren. <br />4. The use permit must be renewed every year and the permit is for a <br />Cryo fluid permit number 801-D. <br />5.
