These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions <br />may be required by other departmenu (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All <br />references refer to the 1994 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the State of <br />Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1994 Edidon, unless stated <br />otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be nece.gsary to <br />provide the Building Division with revisions retlecting the rnrrections requested. <br />1. Sheets S2 & S3 indicate 15/32" OSB roof sheathing. The girder blocking per section <br />D/SS appears not to apply to a large proportion of the roof area.
