Principal and Surety agree to uve <br />the City humless from any loss, cost or dafruge by ra son of Prindpd's fiilure to make rcpairt, <br />correct deficiencies and perform emagenry maintenance for the requircd paiod of ti, <br />Principel and Surory further agra to promptly reimburse the City for anergency repairs and/or <br />maintennnce. Necessary repain shall be perfortned by the Principal in receipt of seven (7) days <br />written notice from the City sent to the address noted below dirating perfartnutce of such work <br />except in the case of an emergency whercin necasary repurs shall be perfo�med upon demand by <br />the City. If the Principal shall fail t� make said repain, the City may perform the wo�k and the <br />wtt of the work shall be paid to the Ciry by the Principal or Surcty.
