Our internal preventative maintenance system is comprehensive enough in that it <br />readily accepts the additional work load and slightly more agressive needs based upon <br />known parameters of the storm water filtration system. <br />Community Transit's Facilities Maintenance staff currently conduct the following <br />operations on the respective time tables: <br />'Mechanical Lot Sweeping (both bus & employee lots) .................1 X per month on PM <br />2X-per month in m, -ter <br />After any storm/sanding <br />`Inspection of drains/catch basins .................................................... I X per mo. on PM <br />(Cleaning as necessary from insp) <br />*Trench drains....................................................................................IX per mo. on PM <br />2X per mo. In winter <br />`Entry aprons are inspected daily cleaned as needed <br />'Storm water filter system (bioswale) 1X per mo.
