We will provide at no additional cost two onsite inspections/observations each year for a period of 2 years. We <br />do ask that advance notice be given for our planning and scheduling. <br />2. At the time of the cartridge installation, we will provide training to CT personnel on the CSF' system in terms <br />of design, performance, operations and maintenance. <br />3. We will provide phone support to CT personnel as part of our product support services. We will work with CT <br />to establish the optimum level of maintenance services provided by CSF. We are willing to offer a range of <br />services from full maintenance to only providing the media for periodic filter recharge. <br />4. If additional onsite products or services are needed beyond product support. We will provide CT with notice <br />in advance prior to incurring any costs. <br />We want CT to know that we support our product and want them w be completely satisfied. This will be one of <br />the first installations of this type and it is clearly in our best interest that it performs to our, and our customers' <br />expectations. <br />I hope this clarifies what level of support we are willing to provide to insure this is a successful project.
