9. Stormwater detention/retention, quality protection, and treatment requirements for this project <br />shall be those requirements in effect at the time of application for Public Works permits, except as <br />allowed for in this document. All stormwater facilities should be designed and initially <br />constructed to meet the requirements of all future expansion on the site. If the stormwater <br />facilities are not designed and constructed initially for all phases of the project, the standards in <br />effect at the time of application for future building permits for subsequent phases will determine <br />the stormwater treatment and detention requirements for those phases of the project. <br />
