In response to this submittal, v.'e received
information from the City (Dan Mathius) summarized in our letter to Intracorp dated November
13, I995 (copy enclosed). This information summariMs that the storage toserved in tLa Regional
Detention Facility is 5.2 acre-feet, that the overall Laundry development used 0.77 acre-feet, and
that this leaves 4.43 acre-feet storage remaining (as identified in lane's memo).
Our October 24th summary was based upon a development area (west of Hardeson) of 29.91
acres and an impervious area of 21.27 acres, resulting in a required storage of 2.30 acre feet. The
current Intracorp development area contributing to the Regional Detention Fac4ltry includes Lot I
(Intracorp West), Lot 2 (lrttracurp West), Lot 3 (Vddng Freight), Lot 4 (Frho Lay), and Tract C
(Water Quality/Detantion Facility) All of these lots are depleted on the enclosed Rinditta Site
Plan and the Impervious Areas Exhibit. With the final plans for Lot 3 and Tract C submivad, and
witb the preliminary plans for lots I, 2 and 4, we have revised our tctai development area tO be
3D.46 ants and the total impervious area to be 22.17 saes. We have discussed this updated
information %with Dan Mathius and he has agreed that we should adjust the atorWc vvlunre
required for the intracorp lots west of Hardeson by the increased ratio of impervious areas as
follows:
21.27 imp. acrce;rao acrrdeet stamp (r-q+iFcldrrrtoia,cr) = 27.r7 imp. acrW X sere %at (,"aebnlraaY*+nrl)
wtian x _ 2.39 acce-recru
The current Quadrant development area contributing to the Regional Detention Fatality ineludjs
the Community Transit site. The storage required for this site is summarized in the attachod
memo Gom W&H Pacific (copy eneioscxi). We have contacted Steve Pesos of W&H Pit.- c anti
he was not able to provide the original information in regard to the imtpervious areas for tiro
Community Transit site. Thertd'ore, no adjustments were made. Their memo summarizes that the
Community Transit storage requirement is 2.88 acre-feet.
,.0 1e 1 lnlh A,,,nuu NF.
