This report presents the results of our subsurface exploration and <br />geotechnical engineering study relative to soil conditions, foundation design, and construction <br />recommendations for the above project. Written authorization to proceed with this study was <br />provided by Mr. George F. Sherwin, Jr. of Quadrant on 1 February 1996.
