These mitigation measures, along with <br />other City requirements and conditions, constitute sufficient mitigation for the significant <br />environmental impacts associated with the proposed project. <br />• The proposed project must comply with all applicabie local, state and federal regutations <br />and development standards. <br />• The proposed project is not an essential public facility. <br />EXNIII � <br />p�� 0 <br />
