BASELINE INFORMATION Baseline inforn�tion pertauiing ro Merrill and Ring Creek and the site was gathered by a review of existing docvments and a site visit durmg February 1991 by Pentec staff. The primary daument used to prepare this section was thc "South Everett Drainage Basins Plan for Basin Number 5, Merrill and Ring Creek;' prepared by Brown and Caldwell and the City of Everett. MERRILL AND RING CREEK BASIN 'Che Merrill and Ring Creek basin is approximately 3 miles long, 0.25 to 0.75 miles wide, and covers about 750 acres.
