The arca rnvered was approximately 3,000 feet of
stream beginning near the inlet to the city's detention pond and proceeding southward. This
 assessment was a visual inspection bazed on the triple parameter methodology currendy
being used by the federal agencies. No delineation/tlagging was performed at this time.
p
M
I
' I < 6i
I
Results of this auessment indicate that for the most part wetlands are riparian in
type, are confined to the stream channel, and are of very limited aerial extent. Less than
1/10 acre of riparian wedand exists outside of the channel in the lower 800 to 900 feet of
reach examined and are dominated by willow.
The wetlands in the entire area examined would, in my opinion, be classified as
Category 111 under the City of Everett definition. This stream channel is highly disturbed
for most of the reach iu this area, with the remainder being disrupted with cut trees, tires,
and assorted trath.
""
a
;
