At ihe time of inspection the construction of the food service establishment must be <br />complcte and all eqeipmcnt must be in place and in proper operating condition. Incomplete construction <br />or equipment operation may result in a 5153.00 rcinspectinn fee. Reques.s for a preoperational <br />inspection must be reccived at Icast one week in advance of the date being requcsted for the <br />inspection. Contact thc Food Program officc a minimum of one week in advance to schedule an <br />appoinfinent for the prcoperational inspcction.
