Although the main permit B0503-017 has received Final approval, <br />issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for your project has been withheld pending final <br />approval of the associated permit listed above. We would like the opportunity to do a final <br />inspection. Without action on your part these permits will be closed and the file will be sent to <br />microfilm with no documentation of completion and without issuance of the Certificate. These <br />records are available to prospective buyers and lending institutions. <br />Please call our office within the next 10 days to schedule inspection, or if you have questions or <br />believe our records are in error.
