Additional revisions, or additions, may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />2009 International Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the <br />City of Everett and the Washington State Energy Code, 2009 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of construction <br />documents reflecting the corrections requested. <br />J. Please provide a lateral analysis and resulting details for both new structures. <br />�. The 1MC requires a Type I exhaust hood above any range top that would produce <br />smoke or grease. <br />3. ICC/ANSI A117.1, Section 604.3 does not allow any fixtures, such as urinals, within a <br />56" x 60" rectangular water closet space. <br />4.
