All <br />references refer to the 1994 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington <br />and/or NFPA 13, 1994, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two copies of revisions reflecting necessary <br />corrections. <br />Please revise detail I1/S-4 to show the actual condition. Provide structural calculations <br />to explain how the top of the concrete panels are supported laterally. <br />2. Please revise Detail 18, Sheet C-A5 to comply with UBC 1106.6 (State Amendments). <br />/ 3. The Foundation Investigation Report mentioned on the plans was not included in data <br />submitted. Please submit the report for review. <br />4.
