WASHINGTON <br />Dear Mr. Christensen: 98201 <br />As follow up to our meeting yesterday regarding the installation of <br />required landscape (per SEPA# 26-88 conditions #4&5) along the <br />Hardeson Road frontage, this letter is to confirm our approval of the <br />attached Landscape Plan with the following conditions: <br />1. The entire setback area or face of slope along Hardeson Road <br />frontage must be densely planted with fast growing ground cover <br />rather than left hydroseeded as currently proposed. This is in <br />addition to the installation of proposed trees and shrubs as <br />depicted on the reviewed landscape plan. All plantings must be <br />watered or irrigated until well established. (Per SEPA <br />condition#4) <br />2. The installation of required landscape does not supercede nor <br />substitute for any prior requirement or permit required by the <br />city's Public Works Department for the placement of rockery <br />retaining wall along the Hardeson Road frontage. <br />3.
