Three of those trees are in the area <br />originally designated as R.V. storage area and eight trees <br />will be in that area immediately north of the large evergreen <br />grouping located approximately in the middle of the site. <br />These plantings will be completed by December 8th. <br />The 131 American Sweetgums street trees which line the <br />interior streets will be planted after all mobile home <br />units are in place. This practice of course is necessary <br />in order to eliminate the conflict of the initial coach <br />installation. In addition, all trees and shrubs which die <br />during the first growing season will be replaced during the <br />fall planting period following this time. We also under- <br />stand that no coaches on lots 85 through lot 99 will be <br />sited until the roadway is paved for this portion of the <br />site. <br />Please issue an occupancy authorization subject to the con- <br />ditions and commitments which have been set forth by this <br />letter.
