The application oP John Fluke <br />Manufacturiny Company has been approved and a Certificate of Occurancy will be <br />issi�ed for that tenant. fie other t�vo tenants, All Fab Corporation and Acro <br />Tech Co., will have to make corrections w i:heir respe�tive spaces hPfor.e <br />Certif:.cates of Occupancy will be issued. <br />The All Fab Cu. must extend the fire sprinkler system to the paint spray booth <br />as required by the Uniform Fire Code, 1988, Section 45.200 and the Uniform <br />Mechanical Code, 1988, Chapter 11. The Acro Tech Co. must also extend its <br />fire sprinkler system to areas and rooms which are not now covered. The fire <br />sprinkler Mork must conform to Chapter 3B, Uniform Building Code, 1988 and <br />N.F.P.A. /13 and be performed by a licensed fire sprinkler contractor. fie <br />Acro Tech Co. must also install illuminated exit signs at its two required <br />exit doors as required by Section 3313, Uniforin Building Code� 1988. <br />At such time as these corrections are made to the satisfaction of the Building <br />Department, Certificates of Cccupancy will be issued for those tenants.
