Copies <br />of these revised plans have been submitted to the City of <br />Everett for their revieW and.e set is enclosed for your use. <br />In odditio�, ae Want to state our position on the stability <br />of the cut slope along your property line. We feel that <br />the cut bank aill etand at its existing slope without under- <br />mininy your fence. HoWever if the bank does fail, we will <br />take the appropriate action to repair the hank and nny damage <br />done to your property. Also, we urill review the bank next <br />April to see hour it withstood the winter weather. If it <br />is apparent thet the bank is beginning to fail, we will <br />redesign the slope utilizing rockery or other slope stabi- <br />liziny meacures. <br />It is our every intention to develop an attractive warehouse <br />complex.
