Callahan: <br />We understand that there is a possibility that some panels were poured <br />without (2) li5 un all edges uf the panels on the upper portion of the <br />building. Sde arbitrarily put these bars in to help withstand stresses that <br />might occur during erection. They don't have any real purpose after the <br />building is built. SJe will alloca the panels which have already been cas[ <br />to have (1) il4 on all edges as part of the normal wall mat of steel as long <br />ns the special wall opening steel has been used (i.e. (2) 115 all edges of <br />lhe opening and 115 diagonal bars at the corners).
