W, and west <br />of Hardieon Road. <br />WATER: <br />cirr oF cvcncir. cv�neTr. w�sN�noron <br />Water records indicate that•there ia a 16" ductile iron water main on the east <br />eide of Hardison Road and a 12" ductile iron main o i the north side of 80th Street <br />S. W. with approzimate static pressures varying between 60 and 72 psi depending <br />upoa the location. Fire hydrants are located �t the N. W. corner of 80th S. W, and <br />8ardiaon Road. and at 8100 H�rdison Road. <br />The conetructioa of the new building wi71 uot have a significant impact on the water <br />syetem. The Water Department ahould have no objections to the proposal. <br />SEWER3: . <br />There is an 8" sewer on Hardison snd a SO" aewe: on 80th Sireet which can serve <br />the propoaed site. The sewer capacity is limited by a downstream pump station <br />on Hardison Road. This atation is currently running under capacity and can handle <br />any domeat'.s flows from the proposed facility. If the new facility is expected to , <br />Ihatre an industrial waste discharge then we would have to have information regard- <br />ing quantity aad quality before we could comment on the facility's effects on our <br />1 sanitF ry sewer ayatem.
