Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. Provide foundation plan. Show first Floor framing, intermediate footings foundation <br />ventilation, and crawl space access. <br />2. Handrail shall be provided on at least one side of each continuous run of treads or Flight <br />with four or more risers per R311.7.7 International Residential Code (IRC). <br />3. Specify size and location of attic access. <br />4. Specify size and location of attic ventilation. <br />5. Specify rafter size and spacing for overframing at existing house. <br />6. Show existing residence in elevation views, and show front porch enclosure. <br />7. Specify framing at all pony walls. Specify pressure treated sill plates at pony walls. <br />8. Specify ledger attachment bolt size and spacing, edge distance and double bolts at <br />splices.
