These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. 1. Specify size and location of attic access. 4. Specify size and location of attic ventilation. 5. Specify rafter size and spacing for overframing at existing house. 6. Show existing residence in elevation views, and show front porch enclosure. 7. Specify framing at all pony walls. Specify pressure treated sill plates at pony walls. 8. Specify ledger attachment bolt size and spacing, edge distance and double bolts at splices.
