Fitzgerald <br />2101 El Capitan Way <br />Everett, WA 98204 <br />Sidewalk Maintenance at 3605 22nd St and 2127 Harrison Avenue <br />Dear Ms. Fitzgerald: <br />It Is our understanding that you own property located at 3605 22nd Street and <br />2127 Harrison Avenue. <br />In an effort to improve the pedestrian safety aspect and visual appearance of the <br />2200 block of Cleveland, we are requesting that you clear the sidewakl; on the <br />east side of your property, which has become totally overgrown with amass and <br />vines. <br />Per Section 13.09.010 of the Everett Municipal Code, It is the <br />owners responsibility to maintain the sidewalk in a safe, pass <br />copy of the applicable seciloi, is enclosed for your Information. <br />cent property <br />condition.
