The residence has <br />non-conforming setbacks of only 18 inches from the north side property line and only a 5 foot setback <br />from the west (front) property l�ne. There is a storage/utility room building direcdy behind the house <br />with a zero setback from the north side property line and a 2 foot setback from the east (rear) property <br />line. There is also a carporc on the site that also has a setback of only 2 feet from the east (reaz) <br />property line. According to the Snohomish County Assessor's records the residence was built in 1901 <br />and the outbuildings in 1925.
