Rubatino Refi:ss Removal Inc., <br />for the use of propcm uwned bN, Rubauno for off -site parking for Harrison residents should the <br />remaining parking space at the apartments be inadequate. McWcver, Rubatino was not prcparcd to <br />enter into an easement or other recorded encumbrance on their property for this parking resource <br />Instead.
