The house has work without <br />permits in the basement, improper electrical wiring and had repairs to the sewer line. <br />I also spokc to a tenant at the apartments located at 717 Hawthome Street and have been to the site several weeks ago. <br />The apartments have water leaks in the cciling to the open carporls and may have �vater intrusion into the living unit.� <br />I thought we could do both inspections on the same moming as they are both in ihe Delta neip,hborhood.
