'I�hc Contractor is hcreby instructed to remedy it by attaching a <br />sr+b 2x 10 x 4'-0" ccntercd over the side of the notch (using a solid %:" plywood spacer) <br />glucd and two rows of 3" dcck scrcws at G' o.c. staggered. Predrill the scab if necessary <br />�� to prevent splilting. "l�hc other nolchcd floor joist is above the garnge in Unit `C'. All thcsc bc��ms will be securcd in place by the ���all framing <br />prcvcnting thc bcam from rotuting in addition to tlic GWI3 cciling holding thc top in <br />� placc and the GWl3 wall finish being nailed to the bcam holding lhe bottom in place.
