A prescriptivc wholc housc ventilation systcro should bc designcd for each townhouse dwclling unit <br />to mect thc rcquircmcnts of VIAQ 303.4. <br />4. Thc spccific R-Values of insulation should bc idcntificd on relevant construction details for cach <br />�ndividual dwclling uuit, per 1VSGC 601.1. Scction dctails for the wall, ceiling and stair separation <br />of thc unhcated garnge from tl�c units should bc suUmitted to verify wmplinnce with Scction R309, <br />VVSLC Tablc 6-1, and under stair prolection for garagc stairs per Section R311.2.2. Indicatc <br />minimum R-30 insulalion in tloor over crawl spacc, attacl�cd 24" on ccutcr maximum. <br />5. On llctail I of Shcct 20, thc wall of Unit A does not maintain n one hour fire resistive wall rating on <br />both sides of thc wall, specifically at tl�c sccond and Uiird floor-cciling assemblies, per IRC R317.2. <br />All firc resistancc walls bctwccu units should meet all requirements of section R317.2, including <br />R302.1.
