agliWar <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5207 <br /> A RESOLUTION setting the time and date of they public <br /> hearing for the roposed vacation of a portion f 105 Street <br /> S.E., East of 16th Avenue S.E. and West of 19th Avenue S.E. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage abutting the alley, <br /> described as follows: <br /> All that portion 105th Street S.E. lying between Block 1 and Block 2, Plat of <br /> Silver Lake Garden Tracts, according to the plat thereof, recorded in <br /> Volume 8 of Plats, Page 17, records of Snohomish County, Washington; <br /> described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 17, Block 1 of said plat; <br /> THENCE, East along the South line of said Lot 17 and Lot 18 to the <br /> Southeast corner of said Lot 18; THENCE, South along the Southerly <br /> projected East line of said Lot 18 to the Northeast corner of Lot 3, Block 2 <br /> of said plat; THENCE, Westerly along said North line of said Lot 3 and Lot <br /> 4 to the Northwest corner of Lot 4, Block 2 of said plat; THENCE, North <br /> along the Northerly projected West line of said Lot 4 to the Southwest <br /> corner of Lot 17, Block 1 of said plat, and the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> and shown on the attached sketch, have petitioned for the vacation of said right-of-way; <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date <br /> for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for July 10th,2002 at 8:30A.M. in the City Council <br /> Chambers, City Hall, at 3002 Wetmore Avenue, to consider the proposed vacation of <br /> the aforesaid rights-of-way, as herein descri d. <br /> )-er7 / • I <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 12th day of June, 2002. <br /> Council President <br />
