4. that any property acquired with financial aid through the Aquatic Lands <br /> Enhancement Account be maintained for the purpose of public access and/or <br /> habitat protection in perpetuity and in accordance with the terms of the grant <br /> agreement approved by the Department of Natural Resources; <br /> 5. that any developed facilities financed through the Aquatic Lands Enhancement <br /> Account be maintained by the City for 25 years or longer; <br /> 6. that this resolution become part of a formal application to the Department of <br /> Natural Resources; and <br /> 7. that adequate notification has been given and opportunity provided for public <br /> input, and that continued public input will be provided through the shoreline <br /> permit process; <br /> 8. that the location of the proposed pedestrian bridge depicted in the site plan <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit A is conceptual in nature at this time and could change <br /> as a result of engineering, environmental, or other factors; and <br /> 9. that the salmon habitat restoration and pedestrian bridge project is consistent with <br /> all of the ALEA program objectives as stated on page 2 of the ALEA 2002 Grant <br /> Application Booklet. <br /> 0411110 411$1111 1.111: <br /> n ci .n Introducing Resolutio <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this 29th of May, 2002. <br /> of <br /> Council President <br />
