/1•./ /./Emol <br /> SETT <br /> RESOLUTION Na 5161 <br /> A RESOLUTION confirming expenses incurred by the City of Everett while <br /> performing abatement of violations, and authorizing placement of a lien against the <br /> property known as 5401 S 1st Avenue. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett Department of Code Compliance performed <br /> inspections at 5401 S 1st Avenue ("the subject property"), the legal description of which <br /> is as follows: <br /> Those portions of lot 5, Block 22 and the vacated First Street, of the Plat of the <br /> Town of Lowell, according to the official Plat recorded thereof in the office of the <br /> Auditor of Snohomish County, Washington described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the southwest corner of said lot 5; <br /> Thence easterly along the southerly line of said lot 5 for a distance of 100.00 feet <br /> to the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; Thence continuing along <br /> said southerly line of lot 5 and its easterly extension thereof for a distance of 50.0 <br /> feet; Thence northerly parallel with the easterly line of said lot 5 and its easterly <br /> line of said lot 5 for a distance of 40.0 feet; Thence westerly parallel with said <br /> southerly line of lot 5 for a distance of 50.0 feet; Thence southerly parallel with <br /> said easterly line of lot 5 a distance of 40.0 feet to the original point of beginning; <br /> Situate in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington. <br /> and found that conditions existed that were in violation of the Everett Municipal Code; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the property owner of record was duly notified of these conditions, <br /> was given the opportunity to correct the conditions, and had adequate notice of <br /> opportunities to appear at hearings to appeal the City's allegations; and <br />
