RESOLUTION NO. 5160 "7 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of Lombard <br /> Avenue, lying South of Hewitt Avenue, and North of Wall <br /> Street, and the North/South alleys in Blocks 686 and 687, <br /> Plat of Everett and the Plat of Everett Land Co's. First <br /> Addition <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that a right of way vacation may be <br /> initiated by a petition of the property owners abutting said right of way, or by a <br /> resolution of the legislative authority of the city; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the following described rights <br /> of way: <br /> Lombard Avenue described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 21, Block 686, Plat of Everett, <br /> according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 32, <br /> records of Snohomish County, Washington; THENCE, East along the <br /> Easterly projected North line of said Lot 21 to the Northwest corner of Lot <br /> 28, Block 687, of said Plat of Everett; THENCE, South along the Westerly <br /> lot lines of Lots 28, and Lots 1A through Lot 9 to the Southwest corner of <br /> Lot 9, Block 687, Plat of Everett Land Company's First Addition to Everett, <br /> according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 20, <br /> records of Snohomish County, Washington; THENCE, West along the <br /> Westerly projected South line of said Lot 9 to the Southeast corner of Lot <br /> 11, Block 686 of said Everett Land Company's First Addition to Everett; <br /> THENCE, North along the Easterly lot lines of Lots 11 through 21, <br /> inclusive to the Northeast corner of Lot 21, Block 686 of said Plat of <br /> Everett, and the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> Alley in Block 686 described as follows: <br /> FORMS.!CCAMSTR(2/12/02 1 52 PM) <br />
