RESOLUTION NO. 5160 "7 A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of Lombard Avenue, lying South of Hewitt Avenue, and North of Wall Street, and the North/South alleys in Blocks 686 and 687, Plat of Everett and the Plat of Everett Land Co's. First Addition WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that a right of way vacation may be initiated by a petition of the property owners abutting said right of way, or by a resolution of the legislative authority of the city; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the following described rights of way: Lombard Avenue described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 21, Block 686, Plat of Everett, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 32, records of Snohomish County, Washington; THENCE, East along the Easterly projected North line of said Lot 21 to the Northwest corner of Lot 28, Block 687, of said Plat of Everett; THENCE, South along the Westerly lot lines of Lots 28, and Lots 1A through Lot 9 to the Southwest corner of Lot 9, Block 687, Plat of Everett Land Company's First Addition to Everett, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 20, records of Snohomish County, Washington; THENCE, West along the Westerly projected South line of said Lot 9 to the Southeast corner of Lot 11, Block 686 of said Everett Land Company's First Addition to Everett; THENCE, North along the Easterly lot lines of Lots 11 through 21, inclusive to the Northeast corner of Lot 21, Block 686 of said Plat of Everett, and the POINT OF BEGINNING.
