Paper transfers from all participating agencies will not be collected at the point of <br /> boarding the bus and shall be valid until expired. <br /> 2. A new ticket, called "Freedom Fare", is authorized to promote Everett Transit and <br /> its services. "Freedom Fare" will be issued at promotional events and other <br /> opportunities to encourage transit patronage. Transfers will not be issued on Freedom <br /> Fare scrip. <br /> 3. A paper tear transfer issued by Everett Transit shall be valid for 90 minutes from <br /> the time of issue, on the day of issue only. Paper transfers may be used for multiple trips <br /> within that 90-minute period. Transfers will be issued upon request at the time a cash <br /> fare, ticket fare, or cash upgrade on the face value of a pass is paid. Transfers to ride <br /> the transit system shall not be issued to customers using a monthly pass for fare <br /> payment, unless a cash upgrade is paid. <br /> 4. Transfers will not be issued on routes with cash fare of 25 cents unless a cash <br /> upgrade is paid. <br /> 5.
