rn/ 4;; <br /> CITY OF EVERETT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5137 <br /> A RESOLUTION establishing Pool Fees, Facility Rental Fees, and annual Boat Launch <br /> Fees for the City of Everett Parks and Recreation Department. <br /> WHEREAS, there is a need to increase existing pool and facility fees in order to offset <br /> increasing repair costs of the facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, there is a desire that the pool and facility fees be in-line with other area <br /> pools and facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, there is a desire by the City to provide discounted fee benefits to Everett <br /> residents on some programs and services; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Everett Parks and Recreation Commission, at their Regular Meeting of <br /> May 22, 2001, approved a motion to increase the rates as reflected below: <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: That the City of Everett Forest Park Swim Center shall be as follows: <br /> POOL FEE INCREASE <br /> Effective January 1, 2002 <br /> GENERAL ADMISSION <br /> Youth $1.75 <br /> Adult $2.25 <br /> Senior $1.75 <br /> Family $5.50 <br /> Handicap $1.50 <br /> C:\TEMP\Resolution Doc.doc 1 <br />
