June 5, 2013 <br /> RESOLUTION — ELECTRONIC TRANSFERS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 6624 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved electronic transfer claims against the city of Everett in <br /> the amount of $5,208,358.21 for the month of April 1, 2013 through <br /> April 30, 2013. <br /> STREET CLOSURE — 1/2 MARATHON AND 10K RUN <br /> To authorize the closure of Lenora Street, east of South 1st Avenue to <br /> the Everett city limits, for a 1/2 Marathon and 10K Run on October 27, <br /> 2013, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., sponsored by the Snohomish Running <br /> Company. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1305-19 <br /> SECOND, THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project <br /> entitled "Garfield Park Playground," Fund 354, Program 042, <br /> for the replacement of certain Garfield Park Playground <br /> equipment destroyed by the May, 2013 fire <br /> Katrina Lindahl, Everett, commended the Mayor and City Council for <br /> moving forward on the repairs to the Garfield Park Playground. <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member Bader, <br /> that this is declared to be the second, third and final reading of Council Bill <br /> 157 <br />
