The general location of the site is shown on Plate 1 — <br /> Vicinity Map, at?ached hereto. The site is bordered by a steep slope on its west side. The <br /> purpose of this invcstigation is to characterize the subsurface conditions of thc site, evaluate the <br /> stability of the stcep slope of thc site, and provide mcommendations for stabilization of this steep <br /> slope and the building setback from the crest of this slope. Presented in this report are our <br /> findings, conclusion and recommcndations. <br /> SITE CONDITIONS <br /> Surfacc Conditions <br /> '1'he subjcct site is situatcd on thc �vcstcrn fringe of a gcntic to moderate, table-top-like plain, <br /> rimmed by steep slopes.
