The general location of the site is shown on Plate 1 —
Vicinity Map, at?ached hereto. The site is bordered by a steep slope on its west side. The
purpose of this invcstigation is to characterize the subsurface conditions of thc site, evaluate the
stability of the stcep slope of thc site, and provide mcommendations for stabilization of this steep
slope and the building setback from the crest of this slope. Presented in this report are our
findings, conclusion and recommcndations.
SITE CONDITIONS
Surfacc Conditions
'1'he subjcct site is situatcd on thc vcstcrn fringe of a gcntic to moderate, table-top-like plain,
rimmed by steep slopes.
