Less than the minimum 6112 roof pitch requirement. <br /> 3. Exceeds 50% GFAR. <br /> 4. May not comply with the 50% maximum lot coverage restriction (Geotech shouid detarmine buildable area). <br /> S.The height calculation was taken from the sidewalk at a point directly east of the norlh lot line rather than the entrance to <br /> the duplex. <br /> I called Scott Anderson and he rtient�oned that a variance was granted by the Historical Commission.
