I think it applies to my duplex conversion of an existing house in an R- <br />3H zone, and will likcly apply to future projects. <br />I was told by Jeff Heilman that the City has not yet adopted this standard. I wotild like to <br />request, by this letter, that the City adopt the 2006 IEBC (Intemational Existing Building <br />Code).
