The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See attachment for <br />more details. <br />The contractor musl meet with lhe Public Works Inspector to discuss polenlial drainage routing prior to <br />beginning lhe project. <br />Install erosion control measures as delermined by lhe Public Works inspector, such as sill fence, straw <br />bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />Inslall erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. <br />All excavated material from foundalion, sidewalk and driveways shall be liauled to an approved, <br />permitled site. No wasting of malerial is allowed on this building lol. <br />No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br />No building materials to be stacked on sidewalks and sidewalks to be kept clean and open for <br />pedeslrian travel. <br />Adjust water meter hox 1" above sidewalk grade. <br />Remove and replace curb, guQer and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A & 306 on <br />lliis proposal's fronlage as direcled by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused driveways and any <br />broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />Pave driveway irom lhe front property line out to the street paving. <br />20.
