Page 2 of 2 <br /> 6 <br /> Arlington Municipal Airport <br /> (360)403-3474 <br /> Insurance - Permittee shall at all times carry and maintain commercial general liability insurance in a <br /> company or companies rated in the current edition of Best's General Rating as at least A (excellent), and <br /> Financial Size Category of not less than Class X, or in such other company or companies not so rated <br /> which may be acceptable to airport insuring permittee against all claims for damages for personal injury, <br /> including death, and against all claims for damage and destruction of property, which may arise by the <br /> acts or negligence of the permittee, its agents, employees, servants, event attendees, or by any means of <br /> transportation whatsoever including owned, non-owned and hired automobiles, vans, buses and/or any <br /> other type of mobile equipment to the extent of at least One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) general <br /> liability each occurrence with the City of Arlington named as additional insured. A duplicate true <br /> certified copy of the original of such insurance policy or policies shall be furnished to the airport. Each <br /> such policy shall provide that the policy may not be canceled without the company first giving the <br /> airport at least thirty (30) days written notice. In addition, any event that is a contest, air meet or <br /> exhibition is required to carry general liability insurance limits to the extent of at least Five Million <br /> Dollars($5,000,000.00)per occurrence. <br /> • <br /> 4 <br /> 12/7/2005 1 <br />
