Phase 2A Proposed Completion in 2007 <br />Develop and construct a community cancer center in partnership with local <br />physician groups. As part of the cancer center, the facility will provide <br />medical physician office space and a 600 -car parking garage. This phase <br />proposes the demolition or moving 21 of 22 Donovan homes in the <br />Donovan District for temporary surface parking and construction staging. <br />Note: A Special Property Use (SPU) permit will be required for the cancer <br />center and parking facility, which will include a review process separate <br />from this docket request, or PEMC may use the institutional overlay <br />depending on outcome and timing of the decisions. <br />Phase 2A - Completion 2007 <br />3 <br />
