7 <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: Approval <br /> That the City Council accepts the Planning Commission recommendation that the <br /> R-1 (Single Family Detached)zone,which is consistent with the adopted Everett <br /> Comprehensive Plan, should be established for the area.
